ORCA South Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area Link Specific Survey Services January 24, 2006 This Work Order No. 4 (Engineering) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 23, 2005 between Carter Associates, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County (COUNTY). This Work Order No. 4 (Engineering) amends the agreement as follows: SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS: Boundary of: ORCA South Oslo Riverfront Conservation Area Link, Boundary performed under contract with Indian River County and as mapped in Carter Associates, Inc. survey project Number 04-395s, Drawing Number 17336C, revised My 13"' 2004. This Work Order No. 4 (Engineering) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to the re-tracement and establishment of the boundary lines of said project. The purpose of the services are to open lines and stake the property lines for subsequent vegetation clearing and fence placement by Indian River County Conservation Lands management. SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES: Re -trace boundary lines, clear lines, stake at plus/minus 50' intervals. Reference attachment "A' . SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION: All tasks outlined shall be completed, in its entirety, within 30 calendar days of notice to proceed. The County shall be notified upon completion. All invoicing shall be supported with documentation (Man hours) of time and materials spent prior to payments. The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
