WORK ORDER NO . 6
FOR
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL SURVEYING AND MAPPING SERVICES CONTRACT NO 0390
WITH
Masteller, Moler & Reed , Inc .
This Work Order No . 6 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September Z
2003 between Masteller, Moler & Reed, Inc. (SURVEYOR) and Indian River County
(COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 6 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
This Work Order No. 6 is for the SURVEYOR to perform a route survey and topogrgaphic
survey for Storm Grove Road and the Grand Harbor Brine property located in Indian River
County and lying in a portion of Sections 14 and 15 , Township 32 South, Range 39 East . The
route survey will include Storm Grove Road and the FDOT ditch right-of-way from t rLie east end
of Bent Pine Development to the aforesaid Grand Harbor Brine property.
SECTION H - SCOPE OF SERVICES
As agreed upon between Masteller, Moler & Reed, Inc . and Indian River County, Masteller,
Moler & Reed, Inc . will perform the following Professional Land Surveying services
1 ) Establish survey baseline as direct.e y the engineer .
2) Locate all monumentation for establishment of existing rights of way, including St rm Grove
Road, Lateral "G" Canal, Florida East Coast Railway, Old Dixie Highway, U . S . Highway No . 1
and the FDOT ditch rights of way.
3 ) Locate and identify all visible topographic features along the route . (i. e . : power po les,
mailboxes, pavement, culverts, etc .)
4) Obtain elevations along the route sufficient for engineering design purposes.
5 ) Obtain limited elevations on Brine property to establish a 400 foot grid across prol erty.
6) Stakeout up to 20 soil borings locations as directed by the engineer.
7) Elevations will be based on NGVD 1929 unless otherwise directed .
8) Prepare and provide five paper copies and one digital file of route survey upon completion of
field work.

SECTION III — WORK PRODUCT
a) The SURVEYOR shall prepare its Work Product so that the COUNTY or other
consultants can readily use it for the design and analysis of the area, as defined. It shall
contain all information necessary for third-party surveyor to independently recreate
and/or utilize the survey work. It is acknowledged all final products become property of
Indian River County and will be available for use by the public at large.
SECTION IV — TIME FOR COMPLETION
Work Order No . 6 shall be completed within 60 Calendar days from Notice to Prc ceed.
SECTION V — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services rendered
according to the "Scope of Services" identified in Section II of this Work Order NO . 6, a Lump
Sum (not to exceed) of $38 , 700 . 00
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein. All remaining sections of
the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.
