This Work Order No . 6 ( Engineering ) is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated
September 23rd , 2005 between Carter Associates , Inc . ( SURVEYOR ) and Indian River
County ( COUNTY) .
This Work Order No . 6 ( Engineering ) amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS :
Boundary and topographic survey of the +/- 5 acre proposed maintenance complex site :
Reference attached exhibit "A" scope of services .
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES :
This Work Order No . 6 ( Engineering ) is for providing all Professional Survey services related to
the task and services as indicated in the attached exhibit "A" Proposal and scope of services
supplied by Carter Associates , Inc.
SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION :
All tasks outlined shall be completed , in its entirety within six weeks (42 calendar days ) of
notice to proceed . (The County shall be notified upon completion of tasks and/or of any
delay beyond specified periods ) .
SECTION IV — DELIVERABLES :
Three ( 3 ) certified final survey " hardcopies" and an electronic file/disc in state plane
geometry (AutoCAD 2005 or previous versions ) shall be delivered in upon completion .

SECTION IV — COMPENSATION :
The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the SURVEYOR agrees to accept, a fee for services
rendered according to the " Scope of Services" identified in Section I , II , III and IV of this
Work Order No . 6 ( Engineering ) , a Lump Sum of $ 16 , 562 . 00 .
All invoicing shall be supported with documentation ( Man hours ) of time and materials spent
prior to payments .
The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed these presents this
23rd day of May 2006 .

configuration ) .
2 . ) Onsite Topographic Survey of five (5 ) acre parcel to include all above ground visible utilities ,
roadways , drainage and improvements for site planning purposes .
3 . ) Offsite Topographic Survey along the existing Hobart Road to extend 200 feet east and
west of five ( 5 ) acres site including all above ground (visible ) utilities , roadway, drainage and
improvements for site planning purposes .
4 . ) Tree Location Survey of five ( 5 ) acres site to include all protected trees with a trunk
diameter of six (6 ) inches or greater.
