PROFESSIONAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT
FOR ANNUAL BRIDGE DESIGN SERVICES CONTRACT
WITH
Bridge Design Associates , Inc.
Indian River County Project No. 0702
This Work Order No . 7 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3 ,
2006 between Bridge Design Associates , Inc. (ENGINEER) and Indian River County
(COUNTY) .
This Work Order No. 7 amends the agreement as follows :
SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS
Oslo Road Bridge over 43`d Avenue Canal
SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES
This Work Order No. 7 is for providing modification design of the existing south bridge barrier
for the above mentioned project as well as pedestrian access for the shopping center on the
southeast quadrant of the intersection.
SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION
90 Calendar days from notice to proceed to 90 % submittal .
30 Calendar days from date of written comments to 90 % submittal to 100 % submittal .
SECTION IV — COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept, a fee for services
rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section 11 and III of this Work
Order No. 7 , Lump Sum $ 10,912.00 .

The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections
of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, and are incorporated herein.

Dear Hank:
Pursuant to your request, we have reviewed the preliminary information regarding the
modification of the existing south bridge barrierto provide a 50' radius between Oslo Road
and 43'" Avenue.
In addition, it is our understanding the County would like to provide pedestrian access into
the shopping center on the southeast quadrant of the intersection.
We believe a new sidewalk could be incorporated into the existing bridge to the south of
the intersection or by utilizing a separate pedestrian bridge between the bridges into the
shopping center on Oslo Road .
The attached Exhibit "A" is a breakdown of approximate manhours and tasks to complete
the project.
