All services performed under this contract shall be supervised and certified by a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper ( PSM ) registered with the State of Florida and staff employed directly with your firm . Scope of Services All work shall be performed on a unit price basis in accordance with the attached Scope of Services ( Exhibit A) dated October 17 , 2011 and shall comply with Standards enumerated in the ANNUAL LAND SURVEYING AND MAPPING/GIS SERVICES CONTRACT , RFQ 2011009 WITH CARTER ASSOCIATES , INC . Effective Date : October 5 , 2010 . Minimum Specification Requirements as follows : Right-of-Way Mapping • Additional Field and Office tasks needed to accurately prepare Right- of-Way map for that portion of Old Dixie Highway lying between Oslo Road North to East Bound SR 60 . All work shall also comply with the current Florida Minimum Technical Standards . COMPENSATION . The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the Surveying and Mapping Professional agrees to accept , a fee for services rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in the attached EXHIBIT "A" Fee Schedule and Man Hours . A Lump Sum Amount of : $ 8 , 121 , 50 to be paid on a unit price basis for actual work performed in accordance with the schedule of services and fees set forth in Exhibit A .
