1 . Demo 5 existing pipe supports .
2 . Supply & install 5 additional galvanized dipped pipe" supports that need replacing.
3 . All 316 S . S . hardware, grout & epoxy.
4 . Equipment, tools & labor.
5 . All insurances.

2).Replacement of (2) - 16" Knife valves
1 . Demo 2 existing 16" knife valves & DIP couplings .
2 . Install 2 - 16" FNW S . S . lined knife gate valves & couplings .
3 . Materials & labor.
4 . All insurances .

Fifteen thousand, nine hundred and fifty dollars and no cents. 15$ ,950.00
Deduct: To use Dezurik Knife valves (Additional 4 week lead time more

3).Headworks Odor control tower repairs :
1 . Clean & prep odor control tower.
2 . Cut out, re-fiberglass or re-wet damaged fiberglass matting with vinylester resin .
3 . Gel-coat odor control tower.
4 . Remove blower, motor and frame .
5 . Repair existing frame base with S . S . angle .
6 . Repair/patch existing concrete pump pad.
7 . Install blower with S . S . anchors .
8 . Materials & labor.
9 . All insurances .
TOTAL PRICE :
Nine thousand, seven hundred dollars and no cents $9.700.00
4).Extend chlorine fill lines.
1 . Extend 2 — 2" chlorine fill lines to corner of slab to accommodate fill truck.
2 . 40 ' of 2" sch. 80 PVC pipe, S . S . uni-strut, S . S . anchors, S. S . pipe support.
3 . All materials & labor.
4 . All insurances.
TOTAL PRICE .
