R . Book 24 , Page 64 of the Public Records of Indian River County , Florida ; and WHEREAS , the plat of Century Town Center dedicated the landscape easement to Indian River County as a buffer in the easement ; and WHEREAS , plans submitted to the County to construct the ABC Liquor Store show an encroachment upon the County ' s landscape easement ; and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners wishes to partially release this easement as the easement serves only the proposed ABC Liquor , Inc . site and no other properties , NOW , THEREFORE , THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT is executed on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of Florida , whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , Florida 32960 , Grantor , to ABC Liquor , Inc . c/o Ross Galbraith , Esq .
