Dear Ms. Martinez,
Pursuant to the direction of the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners, I am writing
you to request any and all financial information from All Aboard Flonda—Operations .LLC or
Florida East Coast Industries Inc. relating to the All Aboard Florida project. Since we had worked
together concerning the proposed letter agreement between Indian River County and All Aboard
Florida—Operations, LLC back in January, I figured I should contact you directly concerning this
request. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate person 1 should contact concerning
this matter.
