COVENANT DEFERRING SIDEWALK DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS , Antilles Vero Beach , LLC , a Florida limited liability company , the
owner of portions of property known as The Antilles Subdivision , as recorded in
Plat Book 19 , Pages 58 =63 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida ,
imposed a Covenant to Defer Sidewalk Development affecting certain property
within the subdivision which was recorded in Book 2380 , Page 1990 of the Public
Records of Indian River County , Florida ; and
WHEREAS , the owner has now requested the Board of County Commissioners
terminate the Covenant to Defer Sidewalk Development recorded in Record Book
2380 , Page 1990 , and in consideration thereof, the owner recorded an Amendment
to Declaration of Covenants , Conditions and Restrictions in Book 2721 , Page 342 ,
of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida , and
WHEREAS , the termination of said Covenant to Defer Sidewalk Development over
the property described in Book 2380 , Page 1990 requires the approval in writing
by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County by recorded
document ;
NOW, THEREFORE , by this instrument the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County terminates the Covenant to Defer Sidewalk Development
recorded in Book 2380 , Page 1990 , Public Records of Indican River County , Florida .
