S . , INC . This Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with Arcadis U . S . , Inc . is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated December 13 , 2005 and the extension thereof, between Arcadis U . S . , Inc . ( ENGINEER) and Indian River County ( COUNTY ) . This Amendment No . 2 amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS Consultant services are required for the for modifications to the Falcon Trace Subdivision permit with St . Johns River Water Management District ( SJRWMD ) due to required changes in the construction of 201h Avenue from 25th Street SW to 21St Street SW . SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services for this Amendment No . 2 is to perform the following tasks as requested by the County : 1 . Submission of a permit modification to the permit for Falcon Trace Subdivision . 2 . Submission of a drainage easement for the pond . 3 . Submission of drainage calculations for the proposed pond . 4 . Submission of calculations demonstrating no net increase in nutrients will result from the proposed project . 5 . Submission of plans showing the location of erosion control devices . SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION Supplemental tasks shall be completed within 30 business days from the date of execution of this Amendment No . 2 to the Professional Civil Engineering Services Agreement with Arcadis U .
