Re : Village Green Unpaid Impact Fees
Mr. Olson :
Thank you for considering Awerbach & Cohn , P . A . to represent Indian River County ' s
interests in the above - referenced matter . This letter sets forth the terms which would
apply to such representation .
Fees for our services would be based on the actual time expended by me or an associate
working on this hatter . Currently, my hourly billing rate is $ 290 . 00 , and the hourly
billing rate for associates is $ 250 . 00 . I have agreed that our fees would not exceed
$ 30 , 000 . 00 , without further approval . Also , we envision a cooperative representation ,
with the County Attorney ' s office acting as local co - counsel to attend hearings , as needed ,
which would help defray the cost .
If the foregoing terms and conditions are acceptable, please indicate the County ' s
approval and acceptance by signing , dating , and returning a copy of this letter .
