SECOND RENEWAL OF CUSTODIAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
L 'ItAAGEMENT
This Second Renewal of Custodial Services Agreement ( " Second Renewal of Custodial
Services Agreement dated January 20 , 2009" ) ("Agreement" ) is entered into effective
January 18 , 2011 , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the
State of Florida , 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , FL 32960 (" County" ) and Heveron Group , Inc . , a
Florida corporation , having a principal place of business at 1872 Commerce Avenue , Suite A , Vero
Beach , FL 32960 , d /b/a Beachland Cleaning Service (" Contractor)l
BACKGROUND RECITALS
A . Effective January 20 , 2009 , the County and the Contractor entered into the Custodial
Services Agreement .
B . In accordance with its terms , the Agreement was extended for one year in January 2010 .
The County and the Contractor desire to gain extend the Agreement for a period of one year from
February 1 , 2011 though January 31 , 2012 , in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement , as
set forth in this second renewal .
NOW THEREFORE , for good and valuable consideration , the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged , the parties hereto , intending to be legally bound , covenant and
agree to amend the Jail Agreement as follows :
1 . The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this Second
Renewal .
2 . From and after the effective date of this Second Renewal , the Services set forth in
the Agreement are amended by extending the contract effective for one year from February 1 ,
2011 to January 31 , 2012
3 . All terms and conditions of the Agreement not amended herein remain in full force
and effect .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the County and the Contractor have caused this Second
Renewal to be signed by their respective duly authorized officers as of the day and year first stated
above .
