This Work Order No . 17 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated October 3 , 2006 between Bridge Design Associates , Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . 17 amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS Pedestrian bridge over the Indian River Farms Water Control District ' s North Relief Canal on the east side of the Old Dixie Highway sidewalk project from 38 °i Lane to 65 "' Street . SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES This Work Order No . 17 is for providing design , permitting and construction related services for the above mentioned project . SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION 14 days for design completion . Construction services shall run concurrently with the construction work for the Old Dixie IIighway Pedestrian Bridge over the North Relief Canal . SECTION IV — COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay, and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee for services rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section II and III of this Work Order No . 17 a lump sum cost of $ 18 , 315 . 00 . Bridge Design Associates , Inc . can provide the technical specifications and design criteria for bidding the bridge and a deep foundation system . Upon completion , Bridge Design will deliver to the County four (4 ) signed & sealed sets of contract documents along with an electronic copy . Bridge Design is prepared to complete the construction drawings by May 31 , 2010 . The attached Exhibit "A" is a lump sum manhour breakdown of tasks with commensurate fees for our services .
