Indian River County This Work Order No . 21 is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated December 1 , 2009 between Bridge Design Associates , Inc . (ENGINEER) and Indian River County ( COUNTY ) . This Work Order Number 21 amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS CR512 Bridge over Fellsmere Water Control District (F. W . C . D . ) Park Lateral Canal SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES This Work Order No . 21 is for providing structural engineering services for the above mentioned project , including weight limit calculations and load rating analysis . SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION Project shall be completed within thirty (30 ) business days from Notice to Proceed .
