Description : Construct utility conflict resolutions and conversions as directed by Utilities staff.
Purpose of Work Authorization Directive : The construction of the conflict resolutions will allow replacement of the
82nd Avenue Bridge at Lateral D and lower the head pressure in the Lift Station No. 19 force main .
