( ENGINEER) and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY (COUNTY) . The proposed scope of work includes plan revisions , utility relocation coordination and permit modifications as needed to support right- of-way acquisitions . All ell le provisions of the original Professional Engineering Services Agreement including Amendment Nos . 1 through 13 shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise specifically modified . This amendment addresses changes in " SCOPE OF SERVICES ", " COMPENSATION" and "TIME OF COMPLETION" of the AGREEMENT . All provisions of the original Professional Engineering Services Agreement ( dated November 17 , 1998 ) , including Amendment Nos . 1 through 13 , shall remain in full force and effect ; unless otherwise specifically modified herein . The following further describes our proposed scope of services and terms of agreement between Carter Associates , Inc . (Engineer) and Indian River County (County ) : �` Additional Services : • Plan modifications and additions requested by the County . • Plan modifications requested by property owners through right-of-wav acquisition negotiations with the County (i . e . custom fencing, tree relocations , structure relocations , driveway modifications , drainage , iandscaping; eic . ) . • Utility relocation coordination with FPI. , Bellsouth , Comcast and IRC Utility Department. • Prepare and submit a permit application to The Florida Department of Environmental Protection for a water distribution system extension . (41._inch main extension 1000 feet south of 66"' Avenue and 4 "' Street intersection) . • Follow -up and obtain pending (new and/or modified) permits for construction (Army Corp of Engineers , St Johns River Water Management District, Indian River Farms Water Control District and Florida Department of Environmental Protection) , Compensation : Amendment No . 14 additional service fees will be invoiced on a time and materials basis and shall not exceed $ 30 , 000 . 00 unless authorized by an additional written agreement .
