Also present were Jack G. Jennings, Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr.,
County Attorney and Janet N.

The meeting wascalledfor the purpose that the members of these
might be heard before the Board and to acquaint them with the progress
aving been made by Urban Development Utilities
he Chairman called the meeting to order and gave the Chair to
ommissioner Bogosian who has been mediator for the groups.
Engineers Hammock and Clark from Reynold, Smith and Hill Engineering
and Mr. Roberts of the Farmer's Home Administration were presented
turn, and outlined the program as. '.set forth by Urban Development
Utilites and the advantages for thepeople over any other system.
After considerable discussion it was decided that members of the
above groups would work in unison to acquire as many memberships as
possible so that the system and franchise might be extended to cover
persons interested in procuring water as is feasibly possible.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 11:45
