Amendment to EDACS FX Agreement :
This amendment authorizes the extension to the EDACS FX agreement executed between Indian River
County, FL the ( Subscriber) , and M /A- COM Inc ( formerly Ericsson Inc . ( Seller ) dated 12/ 19/95 .
* NOTE : The Wireless Systems business of Tyco Electronics ( M /A- COM Inc . ) was acquired by Harris
Corporation on May 29 , 2009 .
The term , of this extension shall start on 08/01/ 10 and expire on 07/31/ 11
EDACS FX Fees : $ 74, 000 . 00 Option : SSSVIF
Subscriber agrees to an extension of the existing EDACS FX services agreement for a one ( 1 ) year term ,
based on the payment terms agreed to by Subscriber and Seller or its EDACS Reseller/ EDACS Strategic
Integrator .
Upon expiration , the Subscriber may request an additional extension , which will be agreed upon by both
parties at that time .
Except as modified in this amendment, the terms and conditions of the above mentioned Agreement
remains in effect .
