MODIFICATION TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
This Modification is made and entered into by and between the State of Florida ,
Division of Emergency Management (" the Division" ) , and Indian River County
( " Recipient") to modify DCA Contract Number 10 - 13G - 2540 - 40 -01 -068 , dated October 7 ,
2009 ( it the Agreement" ) .
WHEREAS , the Division and the Recipient have entered into the Agreement ,
pursuant to which the Division has provided a sub grant of $ 102 , 724 to Recipient ; and
WHEREAS , the remaining amount of $ 57 , 360 from the 2008 - 2009 EMPG funds will
increase the total Agreement amount and must be expended on or before June 30 , 2010 .
NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration of the mutual promises of the parties
contained herein, the parties agree as follows :
1 . The Agreement is amended to increase the maximum amount payable under
the Agreement to 160 , 084 .
2 . All provisions of the Agreement being modified and any attachments thereto
in conflict with this Modification shall be and are hereby changed to confonn
with this Modification , effective as of the date of the last execution of this
Modification by both parties .
3 . All provisions not in conflict with this Modification remain in full force and
effect, and are to be performed at the level specified in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties hereto have executed this document as of the
dates set out herein.
