A . In accordance with Contract No . 1 This Work Order No . _2_ is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 8 , 2009 between Donadio & Associates , Architects , P . A . ( CONSULTANT ) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . _2_ amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No . _2_ is for the CONSULTANT to perform all related architecture and engineering services in connection with the development of the construction documents for the adaptive re - use of the existing structure at the Former Sun Sky Roofing Site adjacent to the Indian River County Sheriff' s Department Office and Jail Complex , SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between CONSULTANT and COUNTY , the CONSULTANT shall provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No . _2_ ; specifically detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A . SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DE LIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : a . Time of 100 % " Paper Submittal " review (final review prior to request for final deliverables ) submittal shall be _ 160_ calendar Days from notice to proceed . b . Time of FINAL project completion shall be within _45_ calendar days of receipt of the County ' s review comments . IRC Work Order No . 2 Donadio & Associates IRCSO Crime Scene Unit Page 2 of 3 2 . Deliverables -The CONSULTANT shall provide the COUNTY : a . Consultant Shall : Based upon the approved conceptual design documents , Consultant shall provide standard Architectural /Engineering construction documents necessary for the permitting and construction of the Indian River County Sheriff' s Office Crime Scene Unit b . The CONSULTANT' S work product shall meet or exceed the minimum standards as defined by the master AGREEMENT dated September 8 , 2009 or the COUNTY will not approve the CONSULTANT' S request for payment . SECTION IV — COMPENSATION The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept , for the above described services rendered as identified in Task One , Two and Three of this Work Order No . _2_, for a total lump sum fee of $208 , 002 . 00 . Any additional services listed hereon shall be authorized individually or together by the COUNTY and / or the County ' s authorized Project Manager . Approved additional services shall be invoiced at the rates disclosed in the approved fee schedule with the CONSULTANT in accordance with the AGREEMENT dated September 9 , 2009 . All invoicing shall include Project Name ( Crime Scene Unit) , Work Order No . _2_ (WO _2_) Payments shall be in accordance with the original Professional Services Agreement , with the COUNTY dated September 9 , 2009 . The AGREEMENT is hereby amended as specifically set forth herein . All remaining sections of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect , and are incorporated herein .
