(Dunkelberger) is pleased to submit this proposal for Construction Allaterials Testing Services during construction activities at the 58 "' Avenue Landscaping Median project in Vero Beach (Indian River County) , Florida . SCOPE. OF SERVICES The scope of work described in this proposal is based on our telephone discussion with you and our experience with similar projects for Indian River County in the past . We will provide the required construction materials testing services for the project the specific scope of our services will include the following : Construction Materials Testint: C In-place density tests of the compacted subgrade soils within the landscape medians . 6 Perform a laboratory moisture - density relationship (Proctor) test and sieve analysis (percent fines) on the compacted subgrade soils . ® Sampling, slump testing, molding, transporting , curing , and laboratory testing to determine the compressive strength of concrete used for the landscape medians . a Engineering oversight during the construction to coordinate the aforementio tied test program . Submittal of brief engineering reports documenting our findings and test results . Our construction materials testing services will be provided on an as -needed basis as dictated by the pace and methods of construction . For scheduling purposes , we normally request at least 24 hours notice prior to the time the field services are needed .
