All provisions of the original agreement, approved March 2, 2010 shall remain in full force and effect . The fee schedule for March 3, 2013 through March 2, 2014 shall remain in effect from March 3, 2013 through March 2, 2014 as stated in "Exhibit A" ( attached ) .
