SEDIMENT REMOVAL AT THE PC MAIN POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY
This Work Order is entered into as of this 7th day of January 2014 ,
pursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sediment Removal at the PC Main Pollution
Control Facility entered into as of April 23, 2013 ("Agreement"), by and between Indian
River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and EMC Divers,
Inc. ("CONTRACTOR")
The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to fumish complete sedimentation
removal services for the PC Main Pollution Control Facility's two sediment cells and inlet
channel. With this Work Order, the CONTRACTOR shall remove all sediment, debris etc.
from each sediment cell in accordance with the Specifications set forth in the Agreement.
The professional services will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule set
forth in Attachment 1, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference
The CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe specified in
the Agreement. Nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the
Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each
individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of
the date first written above.

SEDIMENTATION SYSTEM DREDGING AT THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION
CONTROL FACILITY
1. COMPENSATION
The COUNTY agrees to pay and the CONTRACTOR agrees to accept, a fee for
services rendered according to the scope of this Work Order as follows:
2. PAYMENTS
The CONTRACTOR shall submit a single invoice to the Indian River County
Stormwater Division for all Work performed for the Work Order. Per F.S. 218.74(2), the
COUNTY will pay approved invoices on or before the forty-fifth day after the COUNTY
receives the CONTRACTOR's invoice.

2. PAYMENTS
