AP PRov ED 10 WORK WORK ORDER NUMBER 4 . �, SEDIMENTATION SYSTEM DREDGING AT THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY ® ``®6� � This Work Order Number 4 is entered into as- of this day of��, 20111 pursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sedimentation System Dredging at the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility , entered into as of January 5 , 2010 ( "Agreement" ) , by and between Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of Florida ( " COUNTY" ) and EMC , Inc . ( " CONTRACTOR" ) . The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to furnish complete sedimentation dredging services for the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility ' s two sediment cells . With this Work Order , the CONTRACTOR shall dredge each sediment cell one time , in accordance with the Specifications set forth in the Agreement . The professional services will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule set forth in Attachment 1 , attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference . The CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe specified in the Agreement . Nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein . (Approximate volume per each dredge event = 68 cubicyards ) Provide all labor, tools , equipment, supplies , utilities , materials , fuel , etc . to dredge material from the western sediment cell (Cell #2 ) and deposit the dredged material in the sediment recovery area , including but not limited to 2 mobilization , demobilization , insurance , 1 Each $ 37410 . 00 $3 , 410 . 00 managing the sediment recovery area during the Work and decanting clear liquid from it, clean up , and related incidentals . PAYMENTS The CONTRACTOR shall submit a single invoice to the Indian River County Stormwater Division for all Work performed for the Work Order . Per F .
