THIS QUIT- CLAIM DEED , executed this 16 day of August-

INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , a political subdivision of the State of Florida , Grantee ,
whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street , Vero Beach , Florida 32960 .
WITNESSETH :
That Grantor , for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($ 1 . 00 ) , in
hand paid by Grantee , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , and other good
and valuable consideration , does hereby quit-claim unto Grantee , its successors and
assigns forever , all the right , title , interest , claim and demand which Grantor has in and
to the following described lot , piece or parcel of land , situate , lying and being in the
County of Indian River , State of Florida , to -wit :
