Dear Mayor Adams and Mr . NUnemaker ;
We are in receipt of the Courtesy Warning relating to 2010 fire protection charges . As
you know , the County ' s liability for 2009 charges is presently pending before the
Appellate Division of the Circuit Court , 19 illJudicial Circuit . In the interest of saving time
and expense for both the City and the County , the Board of County Commissioners has
voted to request that any code enforcement actions relating to the 2010 charges be
stayed until the appeal on 2009 is unded .rnce a standing of Inal decision whethe the IComy receiveds I able0fog
