Landlord and tenant do hereby agree to renew the Lease agreement dated July 7 , 1992 . The
term of the Lease is for (3) three years with minimum annual rent as follows :
Monthly Rent Annual Rent
October 1 , 2013 through September 30 , 2014 114 . $37 . 375 . 00
October 1 , 2014 through September 30 , 2015 $3 , 234038 $38 . 812 . 50
October 1 , 2015 through September 30 , 2016 $3 , 354017 $40 . 250 . 00
If the property taxes or insurance for the premises has any increases during the term of
this lease a prorate share of the additional expense shall be paid by Lessee to Landlord as
additional rent upon written demand by Landlord .
Commencement of October 1 , 2013 under the same entire agreement and provisions binding in
the Lease agreement dated July 7 , 1992 .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , Landlord and Tenant have executed this renewal agreement to
Lease effective the Commencement Date of October 1 , 2013 .
