Amendment to EDACS FX Agreement :
This amendment authorizes the extension to the EDACS FX agreement executed between
Indian River County , FL the (Subscriber) , and M/A- COM Inc (formerly Ericsson Inc . (Seller) dated
12/19/95 .
*NOTE : The Wireless Systems business of Tyco Electronics ( M/A-COM Inc. ) was acquired by
Harris Corporation on May 29 , 2009 .
The term , of this extension shall start on 08/01 /09 and expire on 07/31 /10
EDACS FX Fees : $74, 000 . 00 Option : SSSV1F
Subscriber agrees to an extension of the existing EDACS FX services agreement for a one ( 1 ) year
term , based on the payment terms agreed to by Subscriber and Seller or its EDACS Reseller / EDACS
Strategic Integrator.
Upon expiration , the Subscriber may request an additional extension , which will be agreed upon by
both parties at that time .
Except as modified in this amendment , the terms and conditions of the above mentioned
