RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
WHEREAS , HAWK ' S NEST MANAGEMENT , INC . , a Florida
corporation , referred to as the Mortgagor in that certain Mortgage dated
- July-8-19917- recorded -in -Official Record Book 906 , Page 5815 -of the Public
Records of Indian River County , Florida ( " Mortgage " ) , mortgaged unto
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , a political subdivision of the State of Florida ,
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagee , the premises therein particularly
described ; and
WHEREAS , Hawk ' s Nest Golf Club , Inc . , a Florida non - profit
corporation ( " Owner" ) is the current owner of the mortgaged property
having acquired title by virtue of Special Warranty Deed dated September
1 , 1993 , recorded in Official Record Book 987 , Page 56 and Corrective
Special Warranty Deed dated September 1 , 1993 recorded in Official Record
Book 996 , Page 2487 , of the Public Records of Indian River County , Florida ;
and
WHEREAS , Owner has requested Mortgagee to release the
encumbered property from the lien and operation of said Mortgage .
NOW , THEREFORE , Mortgagee , in consideration of changed
circumstances , does remise , release , quit -claim , exonerate and discharge
from the lien and operation of said Mortgage unto the Mortgagor, all of the
encumbered property described in the Mortgage .
