RENEWAL OF ANNUAL
PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING & MAPPING/GIS SERVICES AGREEMENT
This shall serve as mutual consent to extend the Agreement between Indian River County
and Kimley- Horn and Associates , Inc . for Professional Survey & Mapping/GIS Services from
October 19 , 2011 to September 30 , 2012 .
All provisions of the original agreement, approved October 19 , 2010 shall remain in full
force and effect. The fee schedule for October 19 , 2010 to October 19, 2011 shall remain in
effect from October 19 , 2011 to September 30 , 2012 as stated in "Exhibit A" (attached) .
