Dear Gentlemen:. '
An ronuonb(?d by Jnck Jonningap I havo looked into tho ndvis-
ability of removing the Auatriklinn Pinoa just onat of thu now 1
Wabasso bridge. These trees aro at least forty years of age
and many of them have been damaged due to cold and are partly
dead. I believe they are too old to advise pruning them back.,
I believe the only thing I could recommend at this time would
'be removal of the trees when and if the money is available,.
You will not be able to widen or improve that highway due to
the root system of these gees. I have discussed the removal
of the trees with the family ownini the property adjoining
them and they would not*object if .they were removed ,even though
they would hate to lose them. They expect to lose the trees
due to improvement of the highway.
Sincerely yours, I'
