WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 1970
The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
Florida met in special session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach,
Florida on Wednesday, November 25, 1970 at 9:30 o'clock A. M.•
Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian,
Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; and Alma Lee Loy. Also
present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D.
Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Alfred
H. Webber, Ralph H. Stewart and Janet N. Turpan,�Deputy Clerks.
The Chairman called the meeting to order and advised that
the meeting was called for the purpose of a bid opening as
4 advertised.
The hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M. having passed, the Chairman
read the following Notice with proof of publication attached
to -wit:

The Chairman then called for receipt of bids in accordance with
the Notice and the following sealed bids were received, opened
and read:

On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner
Bogosian, the Board unanimously moved that the above bids be
referred to t1je Administrator for tabulation and evaluation.
On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner Loy,
the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-57
WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has requested this board for a
release of drainage and utility easement in SUN CREST TERRACE
SUBDIVISION, and
WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has agreed to grant Indian River
County, Florida, an easement on property owned by him to replace
the easement being released,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Indian River County that the board accepts the perpetual easement
attached to this resolution from FRANK ZORC to INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, and releases to him the easement attached
hereto from INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA to FRANK ZORC.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT

by INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida; hereinafter called the party of the first part, and FRANK ZORC, here-
inafter called the party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That, in consideration of an easement given this date
by FRANK ZORC to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, said party of the first
part does hereby forever release that certain easement retained in Resolution
No. 69 - 40, heretofore adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, said easement having been retained for. drainage and
utility facilities on the following property, to wit:
12 feet on either side of the centerline of the street.
between Lots A and 13 and the street between Lots
F and 12, as shown on the plat of Sun Crest Terraces,
Unit No. 1 Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 8,
Page 1,. Indian River County, Florida, records.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has caused
these presents to be executed by its Board of County Commissioners by its
Chairman at Vero Beache Indian River County, Florida, on the day and year

PERPETUAL EASEMENT
THIS INDENTURE, made this_fj(Oday of1970,
by FRANK ZORC, party of the first part, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,

a political subdivision of the State of Florida, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: That, in consideration of a release of easement given
thing date by the party of the second part, the party of the first part does hereby
give, grant and convey to the party of the second part, its successors or assigns,
a porpotual oasomont and right of way on, in, and to tho following described
property for the location of drainage and/or utility facilities, to wits
Said easement to be 24 feet in width and lying
parallel to and 7 feet South of and parallel to
and 17 feet North of the North boundary line of
Lot 13, also 24 feet parallel to and 7 feet South
of and parallel to and 17 feet North of the North
boundary line of Lot 12, as shown on the Plat of
Sun Crest Terrace Subdivision, Unit No. 1, as
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, Public Records
of Indian River County, Florida.

The Board further requested that the Attorney be instructed to
write a letter to the School Board thanking them for expediting-.
this deed.
On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner.
Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted:
There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded
and carried the Board adjourned at 10:15 o'clock A. M.
