WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 1970 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida met in special session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida on Wednesday, November 25, 1970 at 9:30 o'clock A. M.• Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr.; and Alma Lee Loy. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Paul D. Burch, Attorney to the Board of County Commissioners; and Alfred H. Webber, Ralph H. Stewart and Janet N. Turpan,�Deputy Clerks. The Chairman called the meeting to order and advised that the meeting was called for the purpose of a bid opening as 4 advertised. The hour of 9:30 o'clock A. M. having passed, the Chairman read the following Notice with proof of publication attached to -wit: VERO BEACH PRESS -JOURNAL. Published Weekly. On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLUTION NO. 70-57 WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has requested this board for a release of drainage and utility easement in SUN CREST TERRACE SUBDIVISION, and WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has agreed to grant Indian River County, Florida, an easement on property owned by him to replace the easement being released, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County that the board accepts the perpetual easement attached to this resolution from FRANK ZORC to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, and releases to him the easement attached hereto from INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA to FRANK ZORC.
