Olson : ALI At your request , we are hereby submitting our proposal to provide professional services for the above subject project . PROJECT DESCRIPTION It was determined during our previous inspection and structural analysis of the Indian River County South Regional WWTF headworks system that corrosion of the interior walls have reduced the effective thickness of the concrete and that the concrete must be restored to its original condition to ensure adequate treatment of the wastewater. Preliminary repair recommendations were made based on the findings of the inspection and analysis . The County is now requesting the services of a professional engineer to assist with the preparation of design plans and specifications , bid review and recommendation , construction administration, and certification of the proposed headworks rehabilitation project . The following scope of services has been provided to address these items .
