Hearing Board Order dated April 3 , 2009 , entered in Indian River County Environmental
Control Hearing Board Case Number 453 - 08 , and filed in the public records of Indian
River County at OR Book 2396 , pp 222 through 226 and at OR Book 2346 , pp 56
through 59 .
Indian River County releases said lien .
