Description :
Change Order No . 2 is to make an adjustment to the bid line items by adding an item for
stump grinding and limited fill import and placement for construction of trail segments .
Reason for Change Order :
Adjustment of work needs determined by county staff and contractor based on field
conditions to reduce trail hazards for public use .
