FIRST AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT
between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA
( hereinafter COUNTY)
and
SEBASTIAN AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION , INC .
( hereinafter SOCCER)
WHEREAS , effective April 18 , 2003 , COUNTY and SOCCER entered into that certain
License Agreement for property at the North County Area Park of which COUNTY is a Sublessee ; and
WHEREAS , COUNTY and SOCCER wish to modify the annual license fee from $ 200 . 00 to
$ 1 . 00 ; and
WHEREAS , the COUNTY finds the license fee modification to be in the public interest .
NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable
consideration , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , the parties agree , as follows :
L The license fee set forth in paragraph 1 of the License Agreement is
hereby reduced from $ 200 . 00 per year , to $ 1 . 00 per year; and
29 All other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties have made and executed this First Amendment on the
22 day of June 2010 .

THIRD AMENDMENT TO LEASE AU J o - / '5
between
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA
( hereinafter COUNTY )
and
INDIAN RIVER SOCCER ASSOCIATION
( hereinafter SOCCER)
WHEREAS , effective November 23 , 1994 , COUNTY and SOCCER entered into that certain
Lease for COUNTY property at the Fairgrounds ; and
WHEREAS , COUNTY and SOCCER entered into an Amendment to Lease to add a new legal
description and entered into a Second Amendment to Lease to add 1 . 84 acres to the lease area ; and
WHEREAS , the COUNTY agrees to amend the amount of the annual rental payment from
$ 200 . 00 to $ 1 . 00 , and finds the rental modification to be in the public interest .
NOW, THEREFORE , in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable
consideration , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged , the parties agree , as follows :
1 . The annual rental payment set forth in paragraph 1. of the Lease is hereby
reduced from $ 200 . 00 to $ 1 . 00 per year ; and
2. All other terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties have made and executed this Third Amendment on the
22 day of June , 2010 ,
