This Work Order Number 2 is entered into as of this 16tday of .1y W
2010, pursuant to that certain Master Agreement for Sedimentation System Dredging at
the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility, entered into as of January 5, 2010
("Agreement"), by and between Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida ("COUNTY") and EMC, Inc. ("CONTRACTOR").
The COUNTY has selected the CONTRACTOR to furnish complete sedimentation
dredging services for the Main Relief Canal Pollution Control Facility. With this Work
Order, the CONTRACTOR shall dredge all accumulated sediment and remove all rock
rubble, riprap, and other material from the western sedimentation cell; and dredge as much
sediment as possible from the eastern sedimentation cell as the remaining budget permits.
The professional services will be performed by the CONTRACTOR for the fee schedule
set forth in Attachment 1, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this
reference. The CONTRACTOR will perform the professional services within the timeframe
specified in the Agreement. Nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the
terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be
incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Work Order as of
the date first written above.

The COUNTY agrees to pay and the CONTRACTOR agrees to accept, a lump sum
fee in the amount of six thousand eight hundred twenty dollars ($6,820.00) for services
rendered according to the scope of this Work Order.

The CONTRACTOR shall submit a single invoice to the Indian River County
Stormwater Division for all Work performed for the Work Order. Per F.S. 218.74(2), the
COUNTY will pay approved invoices on or before the forty-fifth day after the COUNTY
receives the CONTRACTOR's invoice.
