Annual Bid for Sludge Dewatering & Hauling Services
Dear Ms. Southard:
The above referenced annual contract between Indian River County and Synagro South,
LLC is currently scheduled to expire on February 28, 2010. Per our discussions with the
County, Synagro would like to propose a renewal of this Agreement at the current price
or 50.02475 per gallon for an additional six (6) month period beginning March 1, 2010
through August 31, 2010.
All other terms of the existing Agreement shall remain unchanged.
If the terms of this Contract Extension are acceptable to Indian River County, please
signify by signing and dating the appropriate section below.
