OPM -3089787 to Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ( Insured ) providing insurance as set forth in the Policy, and the Insured has made a claim against The Fund under its terms, which claim arises from , or is based upon , the following . A claim made by Vista Plantation Association , Inc . against the Insured concerning the fee simple title to that certain insured Statutory Warranty Deed being recorded in Official Records Book 2344, Page 476 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida , as well as that certain Grant Of Easement deed recorded in Official Record Book 2344, Page 479 , Public Records of Indian River County, Florida , as said Policy relates to those certain ingress and egress easements In consideration of the sum of Seventeen Thousand Two Hundred Forty-four and No/ 100 Dollars ( $ 17, 244 . 00 ) , the Insured hereby releases and discharges The Fund from all manners of action , causes of action , suits, debts, dues, accounts, contracts , agreements, questions, and demands in law or equity and , in particular, any claim , demand , right, action or cause of action , including attorney fees and court costs, arising from or based upon the facts described above . In addition , this Release shall apply to claims under any closing protection letter issued . Notwithstanding this Release, the Policy identified above shall continue in full force and effect with respect to any other matters insured against, except that the amount of insurance under the Policy shall be reduced according to the provisions of the " Conditions and Stipulations" .
