If the related comprehensive plan amendment, Ordinance #98- 17 is not challenged, the effective date of this rezoning ordinance shall be August 7, 1998. If the related comprehensive plan amendment, Ordinance #98-17 is challenged, the effective date of this rezoning ordinance shall be the date a final order is issued by the Department of Community Affairs or Administration Commission finding the comprehensive plan amendment in compliance with Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, whichever occurs earlier.
