AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CL TO
CG, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CR 510
AND CR 512, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
request; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that
this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of
Indian River County; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public
hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of
the following described property situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST,
RUN NORTH 89053145" WEST A DISTANCE OF 958.24 FEET; THENCE RUN
SOUTH 00009149" EAST A DISTANCE OF 43.62 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE CONTINUE
SOUTH 8905011111 WEST A DISTANCE OF 300.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COUNTY ROAD 510; THENCE RUN NORTH 00013'15"
WEST A DISTANCE OF 600 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF
STATE ROAD 512, THENCE RUN ALONG SAID STATE ROAD 512 RIGHT-OF-
WAY ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST, HAVING
AN ARC LENGTH OF 301.94 FEET, A RADIUS OF 2060.00 FEET AND AN
INCLUDED ANGLE OF 08023152" TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Be changed from CL to CG.

Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, on this 15th day of October, 1996.
This. ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal
do on the 4th day of October, 1996 for a public hearing to be held on
the 15th day of October, 1996 at which time it was moved for
adoption by Commissioner Eggert seconded by
Commissioner Bird and adopted by the
following vote:
