INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RM -10 TO
PERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 17TH STREET --
2T AND 4TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND
'FECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the P1'anning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
request; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
rezone the hereinafter described property; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that
this rezoning is inlconformance with the Comprehensive Plan of
Indian River County;land
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public
hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
interest and citizens were heard,
NOW, THEREFORE,) BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of
the following described property situated in Indian River County,
Florida, to -wit:
The south 300 feet of the following described property:
The east 250 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Dr. Richard Bullington's
Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 5, St. Lucie County, now Indian River County,
Florida, Public Records. Subject to easements and rights-of-
way.
Be changed from RM -10 to PRO.
All with the meaning Iand intent and as set forth and described in
County Land Development Regulations.

Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of
Indian River County, Florida, on this 8th day of March, 1994.
This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal
on the 14th day of February, 1994 for a public hearing to be held
on the 8th day of March, 1994 at which time it was moved for
adoption by Commissioner Adams seconded by Commissioner
Bird and adopted by the following vote:
