This ordinance was advertised in the Press -Journal on the 31St day of May, 2002, for a public hearing to be held on the 1 lth day of June, 2002. This ordinance was also advertised in the Press Journal on the 26th day of June, 2002, for a public hearing to be held on the 9th day of July, 2002, at which time it was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams , seconded by Commissioner M a c h t , and adopted by the following vote: This ordinance shall become effective upon filing with the Department of State.
