REVISED 10/27/2000 TO CORR%ECT SCRIVENOR' S 'ERROR' IAV': NUMBERING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-=0.3 033 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FOR ±39 ACRES LOCATED ±650 FEET EAST OF 66TH AVENUE, ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF 45TH STREET, FROM A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT (UP TO 1 UNIT/5 ACRES), TO RS -2, SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (UP TO 2 UNITS/ACRE); AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning request; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit, ALL OF TRACTS 13, 143 20, AND 19 EXCEPT THE WEST 195 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225 FEET OF TRACT 19, IN THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 32 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST THEREOF, OF INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS ANY ROAD AND CANAL RIGHT OF WAYS. Be changed from A4 to RS -2.
