HomeMy WebLinkAbout2000-040ORDINANCE NO, 2000- 040 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM A-1 AND A-2 TO CON -1, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF I-95 AND CR 512; FROM A-2 TO CON -1 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF 77TH STREET AND 130TH AVENUE; FROM A-1 TO CON -1 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF JUNGLE TRAIL, NORTH OF WINDSOR; AND FROM RS -3 TO CON -1, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF 58TH AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 660 FEET SOUTH OF 49TH STREET, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
