RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 138
A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, certain appropriation and expenditure amendments to the
adopted Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Budget are to be made by resolution pursuant to
section 129.06(2)(a) -(e), Florida Statutes (2002); and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County
desires to amend the fiscal year 2004-2005 budget, as more specifically set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Fiscal Year
2004-2005 Budget be and hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" upon
adoption of this Resolution.
This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner
Lowther _,and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis
and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: `

Subject: Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 001
Description and Conditions
The attached budget amendment appropriates funding necessary for the following:
Each year it becomes necessary to "roll over' certain expenses to the current fiscal year.
Several large purchases and or projects that were initiated on fiscal year 2003/2004 purchase
requisitions were not received or completed prior to September 30, 2004. The attached entry
appropriates funding for these projects from fiscal year 2003/2004 to fiscal year 2004/2005.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached budget resolution
amending the fiscal year 2004/05 budget.
