INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING THE THEN-CURRENT COUNTY ATTORNEY OR DESIGNEE AS THE BOARD'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT CONFLICT COMMITTEE AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2000-82. WHEREAS, Florida Statutes section 925.037(3) provides for the establishment of a circuit conflict committee, the purpose of which is to select and approve attorneys for conflict case appointments pursuant to sections 27.53(3) and 925.035 of the Florida Statutes; WHEREAS, Florida Statutes section 925.037(3)(b) provides for designation of one representative on the circuit conflict committee by resolution by each board of county commissioners within the judicial circuit; WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution No. 2000-82, designating County Attorney Paul G. Bangel as the Board's representative on the circuit conflict committee; and WHEREAS, a new representative should now be designated. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, as follows: 1. Resolution No. 2000-82 of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County is hereby rescinded in its entirety. 2. The Board of County Commissioners hereby designates the then- current County Attorney or such person's designee as the Board's representative on the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Conflict Committee. This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Ginn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: Chairman Kenneth R.
