'A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2004-2005 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, certain appropriation and expenditure amendments to the
adopted Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Budget are to be made by resolution pursuant to
section 129.06(2)(a)-(e), Florida Statutes (2004); and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River. County
desires to amend the fiscal year 2004-2005 budget, as more specifically set forth
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Fiscal Year
2004-2005 Budget be and hereby is amended as set forth in Exhibit "A" upon
adoption of this Resolution.
This Resolution was moved . for adoption by Commissioner
Rnwdpn , and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davi s ,
and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
Chairman Thomas S. Lowther Aye
Vice Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger Aye
Commissioner Sandra L. Bowden Aye
Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye
The Chairman thereupon declared this Resolution duly passed and adopted
this 2nd day of August , 2005.

Subject: Miscellaneous Budget Amendment 017
Description and Conditions
The 2004/2005 fiscal year ends September 30, 2005. All budget amendments must be completed
within sixty (60) days after the close of the fiscal year to be in compliance with Florida Statutes.
I would like the Board of County Commissioners to authorize the Budget Director to complete any
necessary budget amendments for balancing the budget for the 2004/2005 fiscal year.
Staff Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached budget resolution
amending the fiscal year 2004/2005 budget.
