A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, APPROVING SPECIFIC PURPOSE
SURVEY RIGHT-OF-WAY MAPS FOR OSLO
ROAD (C.R. 606) - INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
PROJECT NO, 0501, PHASE 1 (27TH AVENUE TO
U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 1) AND INDIAN RIVER
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 0533, PHASE 2 (43RD
AVENUE TO 27TH AVENUE).
WHEREAS, two "Specific Purpose Survey" maps of Oslo Road - Indian
River County Project No. 0501 Oslo Road (C.R. 606) Phase 1 (27th Avenue to
U.S. Highway No. 1) and Indian River County Project No, 0533 Oslo Road (C.R.
606) Phase 2 (43rd Avenue to 27th Avenue) were prepared by a private
engineering firm under the direction of the County Surveyor and thereafter
recorded in the Public Records so as to be available for the general public to
access; and
WHEREAS, the two Specific Purpose Survey maps were not formally
approved by the Board of County Commissioners as required under Section
177.131, Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the County that the two Specific Purpose
Survey maps become official right-of-way maps,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:

2, Right -of -Way Map as recorded in
public records of Indian River County,
are hereby formally approved and as such are official right-of-way maps.
The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis ,
and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher, and, upon
being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:

Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis Aye
Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye
Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan Aye
Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Aye
