The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at the Court House in Vero Beach, on Tuesday, February 4th 19309 at 10 o'clock A.M.with the following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J. D. Yongue; J. W. laBruce9 J. J. P. Hamilton and John H. Atkin. Also present were Mules Warrens Clerk and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. The minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved. Miss Leila M. Bunkley, County Nurse, appeared before the Board and reported her activities among the paupers of the County, and also reported on'the case of Mrs.2nell: The Tag Collector filed his monthly statement of licenses collected for the month of January showing $102.50 collected for the. State and 051.50 collected for the County. The County Engineer announced he had named Iff. R. Knights as Bridge Tender Wabasso Bridge in the place and stead of B. C. Redoutey, resigned. It was ordered that this appointment be confimmed by this Board. The several bills and account_4 against the County, having been audited, were examined and approved and warrants ordered issued in settlement of same. The bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court and by reference to such bills and accounts are made a part of these minutes. The warrantsmso issued against the respective funds, in payment of such bills and accounts being listed completely in the County Finance Record as provided by law, and the County Finance Record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully and completF as if the said mrrants were listed herein in detail. The County Depositories filed their monthly statements showing receipts and dis- bursements for the month of January which having been checked were found to be correct.
